Its a shame that they're not anymore at Salamanca Spain. They have a store at santa marta but its not the same. I miss the old one. Still great clothes tho

I have ordered from Pull&Bear late last year about 3 times and had no issues. However, this time, it was just a terrible experience, to say the least. On March 12, 2021 I placed an online order (USA Market) and the following day the order was dispatched/in transit to the courier; and the given time frame for delivery was between March 18 - March 24. Fast forward, the final date for delivery (March 24) came and no parcel (not even tracking information) as the items were still ‘in transit.’ I then decided to contact Customer Service via the online chat and was told that it was supposedly delayed due to COVID-19, but it was on its way to the Courier. That was understandable, despite not being made aware prior to the order that they were experiencing delays. So, I decided to wait. Anyway, another week went by still no update on the order; so I decided to contact Customer Service, again, via the online chat this time I was told that the order was ‘with the Courier’ and they will send the information soon. So, to cut a long story short let’s just say I ended up contacting Customer Service via online chat on several occasions and every agent I spoke to gave me the run around. I was told by one that it was on its way to fedex after already being told that they supposedly had the package!!! I was told by another that they will escalate my situation to the logistics department (which never happened), at one point I had even asked if my package got lost. The final exchange was my last straw with the online Customer Service when I requested that either I be given a date as to when I will receive tracking information on my parcel or I need to be refunded. The agent said an exact date could not be given, but they will request a refund for me! Once again, it NEVER happened!!!! Yesterday (Apr 8), I finally called in and the lady who assisted me was so helpful! She was able to tell me right away after giving my name, email & order # that she sees that fedex NEVER received the parcel and as a result I was refunded (received refund email via PayPal). Honestly, I love Pull&Bear clothing, but the way the situation was handled prior to calling in, after my money was already taken, and no parcel, came off very SCAMMERISH! Be very careful because the online Customer Service is trash and of no help. This may be my last time ordering from them. & to think I had placed another order, lol. But immediately requested it be canceled, as well, to avoid anymore inconvenience and I’m glad that was resolved right away. In conclusion, there’s no point of having a Customer Service team if all they do is lie and are of no help to the customer. Just making up stories and telling the customer anything, no real solution. They must love disgruntled customers. It’s not worth it! 0/10 I do not recommend!

Bought a pair of boots for my goddaughter’s birthday, ordered yesterday afternoon, arrived late morning today so very impressed with delivery. Can’t speak for customer service as yet no problem. Only thing is was a bit disappointed they didn’t arrive boxed but that’s a small thing.

Wish I read the reviews first! My order never came in the timeframe it was meant to come and I’ve contacted the customer services on the last day of the delivery when the items hasn’t been even dispatched and I was told by a very unhelpful customer service that it might still come on the day which is ridiculous because it is not even dispatched! And when I’ve asked them to advise me why this is delayed I was told “they don’t know” so I don’t understand what’s the point of their job if they can’t even help customers and are clueless. I have absolutely no idea when is my order coming and the customer service can’t be any less helpful... shame on them

I saw so bad reviews on this website about Pull&Bear that I almost didn't complete my purchase... Gladly I risked and completed it. I bought a jacket and a long sleeve shirt all for £23 yesterday and they both arrived today. It is the fastest shipment that I've ever seem.Also, I loved the quality and style of the items, I'm seriously thinking about buying from them again in future.

CUSTOMER SERVICE is awful. Went to purchase a pair of leggings, as I did they went out of stock yet I got charged twice for them. Despite calling and emailing I’ve heard nothing and have still not be refunded. Do not recommend ordering!

I often order there clothes and I am always satisfied. Have never had a problem with the wrong color or size. Everything as described. Thanks

Really disappointed with the customer service received from pull and bear. I place an order on the 20th of dec that was supposed to arrive between the 21st and 22nd. It didn’t arrive and I just put it down to delays over Christmas and the new year. I contacted customer service the first week of Jan to chase up the order and was told it had been cancelled on their end but could not explain why even though the money had been taken out. Waited a couple of weeks to get my refund but heard nothing so contacted customer service yet again, this time sending me an email confirming the cancellation and told me I would be refunded. I then waited another week or so with no news so contacted them again, I was told the order had not yet been cancelled (again unable to give me a reason) and it was cancelled for a third time. I have now received my refund over a month after placing the order and contacting customer service 4 times. I’m really disappointed as I like pull and bear and feel very let down by their lack of positive customer service. I was not offered any discount code or anything as an apology gesture or to keep my custom. I cannot even replace the order as the items are out of stock. Such a shame as I love the brand and the clothing is good quality.

I returned two items to get a refund almost 3 weeks ago. I ordered 3 items all of the same design, but in multiple sizes so I could make sure I got the right size. I sent 2 items back. About a week later I got an e-Mail back to say that my return was successful. However - only one of my items was refunded, and there was no mention of my other item in the e-Mail. The two items cost £9.99 each. I am therefore due a full refund of £19.98, however for some reason only one of the items was refunded and only £9.99 has been paid back to me. I go on the app and it says refund complete - when it isn’t! 1/2 of my money is still due! I try to see if I can claim via PayPal, however their app goes around in circles telling me that the refund transaction is complete and so I am struggling to get my money which is rightfully mine! I have done an online chat thing to pull and bear customer service, but that just ended up with them giving me an e-Mail address. I have therefore sent an e-Mail almost 2 weeks ago and I still have not heard anything back from them. They said this is because of high volumes of emails at the moment - but how long is reasonable to wait!?Appalling customer service, and it is interesting to see that other people have had the same problem! They need to sort it out and this has totally put me off from buying anything from their website ever again! Poor communication services and inept refund service.UPDATE:Still waiting to hear back from PULL&BEAR regarding my refund which was processed a month ago. I have still heard nothing, and I am still waiting for my £9.99 refund. Extremely disappointed with this company.

Ordered a coat on Friday, expected delivery date was Wednesday to Friday but arrived on Sunday morning! Great service and coat is great!!

Order placed for £75 worth of clothes. Transaction failed (no confirmation email so no order reference number) but money still taken from my account. Response from Pull&Bear - you’ll get your money back in due course! Cheers Pull&Bear.

I had a very bad experience at Paul and Bear yesterday at Galleria mall- Abu Dhab Maria Island. All the staff are not friendly at all. They don't reply to customers and if they did in a very rude way. I paid my bill and he didn't say ANY word even thank you or come back to again or smile. I wished really that I didn't got o this shop at all.

Awful experience with Pull and Bear. Returned six items and only one has been refunded leaving me out of pocket by about £100. Customer Service is non existent. Im consistently told a Supervisor is looking into my case and someone will respond in 24 hours and then hear nothing. I’ve been left with no choice but to raise a complaint to the retail ombudsman to try and reclaim my money but will never order from the Company again and would encourage others to proceed with caution.
